Return Policy

We do not accept returns.

Exchange

We only accept exchanges for our Hairbands that are not personalized. If you would like to request for a different hairband style, we’d be happy to exchange your hairband with another hairband at the same price or above within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, your hairband should not be used and in the same condition when you received it, with the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and confirm whether it can be exchanged. If this is approved, we will notify you and dispatch another hairband of your choice to you.

Please note that you will be responsible for shipping your exchanged items to us.
