How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your payment transaction has successfully been made, Changani Couture will send an order confirmation with a list of products ordered and an invoice to the email address associated with your account. Each order comes with a unique Order ID in the format CC-1234.

What does the shipping timeline look like?

All our products are handmade in India. The shipping typically takes between 7-10 working days.

What is the shipping fee for all deliveries to Hong Kong?

We offer complementary shipping on all hairbands from India to our Hong Kong Office. If you would like to pick it up from our Hong Kong Office, there is no additional charge. However, if you would like us to deliver this to a specific address, it would be a flat rate of HKD 50 and delivered by SF Express.

As Shoes & Lengha are heavier weight items, this would be at a flat rate of HKD 200.

Free delivery is available for ALL orders above USD 150 (HKD 1170) to your address in Hong Kong.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we charge a flat rate of HKD 150 for all international shipments of Hairbands. The cost of shipping for Shoes & Lengha’s will be calculated at checkout. 

What payment options do you support?

  3. PayMe (HSBC) – please kindly provide us with the Order Confirmation No. when making the payment here.

What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns for any of our products, but we can accept exchanges for non-personalized hairbands within 7 days of delivery, under the condition that the items are unused and not damaged. Return shipping costs must be burdened by the customer. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.

PRODUCT CARE

Hairbands

For best use, keep the product away from chemicals or fragrances and once used, you can store it in your Changani Couture pouch. Clean it with a wet cloth or make up wipes only when required and naturally dry it before using it again. 

All Women’s & Men’s Clothing 

Dry clean all garments unless stated otherwise.

Shoes

For best use, keep the shoes in the Changani Couture pouch and clean with a wet cloth or gentle wipes when required and naturally air dry it before using it again.

How long does the order take to be ready?

If we have the product in stock in our Hong Kong office, it can be shipped/picked up within 2 days and we will notify you within 24 hours. However, if it is currently out of stock, it will be made in our India office within 7 working days and we will inform you once it is ready to dispatch from India.

Can I personalize my hairband?

Yes, some of our hairbands can be personalized and you will see the option to do this on the drop down menu. To successfully complete this, please follow the steps below and please make sure the name/initials provided are correctly spelt. We will not be responsible for any mistakes here.
